About Idle Hands Craft Ales
Founded in 2011, Idle Hands Craft Ales is a private, family-owned brewery based in Malden, Massachusetts that is dedicated to brewing a wide-variety of styles including popular New England IPAs, German lagers, Belgian-inspired ales and everything in between. We transform simple ingredients into subtle and intricate flavors for all palettes.
The Lead Brewer works hand-in-hand with ownership in managing all things production related from raw materials ordering all the way to packaging with rigorous attention to maintaining consistency and quality under the Idle Hands Craft Ales brand. In addition to the creation of our product, the Lead Brewer will manage a small team of other production personnel, scheduling and directing them in their daily activities.
Attributes: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following as well:
Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000 + yearly bonus based on personal and company performance
